You are so real.I can identify with so many things you say.I suffer from depression and anxiety but try to be positive. The beginning of this year I was in a really bad car accident. I don't know how I survived. I lost my dog who had been by my side for two years. I had her since she was 6 weeks old.i thank God every day that I'm alive but am still mad he took coco. I am just now out of my funk and getting stronger. Now battling the nicotine demon.sorry I really don't know why I shared all that
Sorry to hear of your struggles, Kim, but I'm really glad to hear you're getting stronger and making your big come back. With you all the way. I can't promise it will be easy, but I can promise it will be worth it :)
Thanks a lot for sharing your story Chris. I have had my own bouts of depression during the college days and post that. I could relate a lot to your experience. Thanks for all the wonderful videos about quitting smoking and most of all sharing your real self with us.
