Mulberry will repair your bag. Just drop it off in the store. They will even post it to you if you do not have the time to collect. I dropped my limited edition Lily off at the Bond Street store at Christmas two years ago. They spoiled my son whilst I took a few minutes to take care of the paperwork. One of the men took him into the men’s section. The SA complimented my English plum snake embossed Lily as he’d never seen that combination, especially with the gunmetal hardware. I’ve always had great experiences in Mulberry. I went into the Covent Garden store a few weeks back just to take a look at a mini Alexa. Once again I was met with exquisite customer care, the SA was a literal comedienne. We were laughing and joking, it was a lovely day. They had iPads ready to keep my son occupied whilst he charged his iPhone. Love that brand!

I love the Mulberry bag

Mulberry will do repairs without receipt, you do have to pay for it but I got my bag done and it was pretty reasonable prices, especially since you know they are familiar with the bags and can feel confident in their skills.

The reason the luxury designers are giving for the price increases are losses in sales for the pandemic (even though they were subsidized by governments- for the workers, production, etc. during the pandemic) and again for supplier issues. Are they mostly stupid lies- except for supply issues- hence why grocery store prices also increased and why certain things are harder to find. But yeah, that's the reason they give.
