+Joshua Kaszynski Thank you, she's my little baby ^_^ I don't know really, it may just be her nature. But I let her out a lot and let her explore the room. It also tends to depend on where in the room I'm sitting. There are certain spots she likes to hangout more than others!
KickPunch20 while it may not help too much now, I've learned to go into a closed space with all mirror covered up, like a bathroom, every day for about two weeks straight at the same time. Let them stand on your finger and hold them to eye level and talk to them softly, for about 10 minutes every session.
I have canaries which are nigh on impossible to tame when you have a pair, so i've kind of given up, lol. Are diamond doves generally easy to tame? Baring in mind that i work full time and can't dedicate a massive amount of time to interacting with them? I'm going back and forth between a diamond dove and a ring neck. Any advice is much appreciated!
I say definitely go with diamonds! Most of them are extremely friendly to begin with and don't require much taming. They're really social birds and love to play. Make sure to let them out at least a few times a week in a small room for them to explore!
