@chakiller36 Petey is actually playing with his mouth. Also, we are using a softer volleyball that is cloth-covered. I am not making him play...he just really wants to do it, so I don't think it's hurting him. :)
@ukrainevladcanada Petey is not actually playing with his nose. He is playing with his mouth. He has never shown any signs of pain and just wants to keep playing all day long. Also, we are using a soft, cloth-covered volleyball. He just loves it! :)
@Jc84ism Petey has trained me! He just loves to play and doesn't need any treats or special encouragement. We play and have fun together and both got better over time.
Petey is great he reminds me of my Angel who passed 2 years ago at 15 years old she loved to play volleyball...she would bark after every return....thanks for a good memory.
My Aussie mix loves bopping her small ball. I want to teach her with a bigger ball to surprise my co-workers at our summer picnic next month. They LOVE volleyball.
That dog is the best volleyball player I have ever seen, Its cute how his feet wiggle in the air when he volleys back. I need a partner in my next beach volley ball game can I borrow him to pick up my slack?
@bugzyjuno14 i'm pretty sure it's a border collie. Do not buy one of these unless youre going to be active all the time. they need constant stimulation or they're going to eat up your shoes, tv cables and whatever it finds. AWESOME video!
Hi VolleyDogPetey, Many thanks for the video though I realise your owner probably uploaded it! You brightened my day thank you so much. I love the way your dog actually twists and turns and moves away ready for the next pass! But then, you do have one of the most intelligent breeds, the border collie! Collie volley eh? Yeah well I can be daft as a brush sometimes! Take care, mrbluenun
Your dog DOES play volleyball better than I do... But I LOVE volleyball haha. I just recently got into it, and I do ok for someone who doesn't have much experience. But my bumps suck, I always swing my arms :/ Anyway, great vid and cute dog!
Wow, I wanna dog like that!! Btw, never run to get a ball with your arms and hands already set, it slows you down run low then you'll have enough time to set your hands! :)
@patilsaurabhr Petey is actually hitting the ball with his mouth and not with his nose. The volleyball is softer on his mouth than most frisbees. He just loves doing it and has never shown any signs of pain. :)
