Just wanna add that Dr Martens customer service is some of the best i’ve ever received, i had a green scales pair of low shoes for about a year when i was 18 and all of a sudden the sole split like a hotdog bun. I took them to the shop and they’d sadly discontinued them for that reason, and let me choose any other pair to replace them!
I couldn’t agree more- all the products have a year warranty on them but the stores are so understanding if yours are faulty and you’ve had them a little longer! I love that there’s an understanding that when you’re spending that much on a pair of shoes, you should get a lot of wear out of them!! Xxx
