My previous hospital was very strict regarding medication error , if we made a mistake colleagues talk about it , gossip and make it bigger and add about the previous mistake that you would have had mad earlier . on top of that after filling our incident report we are made to meet our nursing superintendent where she will shout to us at the top of our lungs . after that happens your nurse manager and your in charge looks down on us .. it was very toxic .. i couldn't leave the hospital because i had signed a contract of 3 years when i was just a teenager and now to think about it my parents too had not read the agreement nor anyone explains you the contract that you're signing . 3 years was traumatic . i am over it now . taking my break , recollecting my energy and have applied for job in the uk .
