Here is a video that is very close to my heart. I've thought about filming this for about 6 moths now but kept deciding not to because I was scared people would look at me differently, but then I realized that I had nothing to be ashamed of. I really hope that this video helps bring awareness to this very important topic and maybe even helps others struggling with similar things. Thank you for all of the support.

P.S. For those of you wondering, I went to a partial hospitalization treatment program (PHP) and eventually moved into an outpatient program (IOP), and so I was able to live at home with my family the entire recovery process and just go to treatment during the day. I highly recommend this over any full hospitalization or residential programs.
