I'm so happy to have found your channel 🌻 Although I've been diagnosed for a couple of years now, I'm only just beginning to see recovery as a real option. It's really encouraging to see someone else starting the journey along side me 🌼 x

I can relate so much to the feeling and thinking of your ED as quirks or habits. I thought this for DECADES. It’s crazy how our brain works, Glad I found your channel :)

COVID was the turning point in the worst way for my eating disorder as well:( i’ve struggled for about 2 years but nothing has been worse than these past few months.

dear god you’ve just described my ed journey, the difference is that mine is all of this compressed in 3 years and i’m only 16 i just don’t think i’m bad enough??

You always deserve help, not matter how long you’ve been suffering for. You deserve recovery like anyone else does. Please reach out to medical professionals and get the support you need. Sending you lots of love and support xx
