In a summary, Kyle basically said anyone who voted for Trump is a: misogynist, racist, xenophobe... etcetera. He and many others who generalize are the reason we are not a United States. I wrote a paper on this in 2013 that basically foretold of this exact scenario. Obama left out middle America for 8 years. Places that once voted Democratic in 2008 became solely Republican. I am sorry to say this but I really don't respect someone who refers to people as "Trumpanzees" or "idiots". Also you have no understanding of what "rhetorical argument" means. I will answer that question to better mankind. You see, rhetorical argument is something you would have learned in a General Education Writing course offered in any reputable standing institution of higher education. It is the art of persuasive argument that uses the combination of ethos, pathos and logos. In ethos you are to appeal to the audience through demonstrated reputation (sadly this will be hard for Kyle to use since his previous history). Second, pathos the use of emotion to persuade the audience (he surely uses that, but it isn't enough to bring the point home). Finally, Logos is to use reason and to persuade or to make an argument (that is not done through the bias for one candidate, which isn't showing both sides of the story). In summary, rhetoric involves three main parts ethos, pathos and logos. Unfortunately for Kyle he emphasized pathos more than ethos or logos. This would have earned him an F in any writing course. And they tend to be some of the nicest places to live, with the highest standards of living. Chicago's number of homicides, while horrific, had almost halved from what is was in the early 90s (until this year), and its gun deaths rate would be considerably lower still if Republican-controlled states/regions (like Indiana, where a huge percentage of the illegal guns in Chicago are trafficked from) got on board with stricter gun control.
