Re-L Mayer and ergo proxy give me a feeling like blade runner or cyberpunk, its dystopic and its sci-fi. I think people are trying to realistically think of the future more than ever while also being the most critical than ever in history and of course depressed.
Love, love, love this, especially fantazumu by Xxtarlit. The beginning resembles music from Silent Hill 2. You left the save point not too long ago and you're about to head into a scary part of the game. Uneasy. Unclear. Unpredictable. Just like breakcore.

Breakcore is experimental; it's about finding new sound, going against up against all of the music theory. It's the peak of electronic music, at least at the moment, and I think it'll be like that for a long time, since it's also, what I could call it, "the music of change". Every song that can be classified in breakcore genre should sound different then others. That's the whole point. What is called breakcore nowadays is nothing like what I had described. Don't get me wrong, it sound good, but it's just atmospheric dnb/jungle. It's not about the speed of such music or anything like that - it's about that it doesn't sound a little bit different from Sewerslvt. I'm not talking about producing more of music like in the links - I'm talking about making different music. What most of "breakcore" producers do nowadays - they copy others. That is not breakcore.
@@user-fu5gz5nr2r That's the best breakdown of what breakcore actually is, no pun intended lol. I see the difference between dnb and breakcore alot more clearly now, its just the fast paced dnb beats underneath that make the two sound similar on surface level
@@user-fu5gz5nr2r The fact that a definition of a music genre takes an entire paragraph in a comment and isn't just a simple definition is exactly why I can never group my music, I don't know how to categorize things, music genres are far too nebulous. So I mostly just make music playlists based on how music makes me feel.
@@Freak80MC I just don't categorize. I have a public playlist here on RU-vid and it isn't categorized at all. Categorization in music isn't meant to be something like a guide to certain type of music nor something like a clear distinction. It's meant to be just a history of music, like periods in usual history. Just forget about categories when listening to music. You either like a certain album or a song or you don't. At least, that's what I think and you don't have to listen to me at all. For example, my definition of breakcore is mine and mine only. You wouldn't find it on Wikipedia nor you would see someone using my definition. It's something that I completely made up. You don't have to be using it and I don't condone using it, since it would be very hard to find music that clearly fits my definition of breakcore.

Sometimes I imagine that certain events happened to me when I was younger just to give myself a marginally good reason to be sad, and even though I know my child hood is significantly more enjoyable than others were, I’m still burdened by Heritable Depression, General anxiety and bipolar disorder. Writing this also made me just realise that not all things have a domino affect. It just happens to be bad luck. Love my momma
