Great videos Vince. My employer terminated me a month after going on WC TTD. Now i have a state/eeoc dual filing. Definitely reenforces that patience is a virtue...

When an attorney files a claim in the appeals court who is responsible to pay the court fees, very important question

Thank you for the videos, Vince. I am so appreciative of your expertise and time. Question for you-can you please address in a future video about harassment by a group (mobbing, flying monkeys, etc.). Going along with a supervisor’s agenda to harass and drive out an employee by making up falsities, etc.

What if your employer has gone though the progressive disciplinary process (per union contract) and has technical basis for the policy violations, however such circumstances developed following return to work from disability leave. This led to termination in just a 4 month. Previous employment record spotless over 10 year career with employer. Such actions were also being taken after my request for accommodations and reports of workplace harassment/discrimination. Most of the offenses were directly tied to my disability conditions being caused by workplaces treatment / environment. and request for accommodations, including intermittent accommodation request submitted while I was appealing initial denial was ongoing, were not provided Is this retaliation or for cause?

Case reference: Weis Markets to Pay $75,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment, Disability Discrimination Suit. I'd love to hear you talk about how employers are weaponizing EAP system and or mental health to force employees out - Retaliation context.

You won't get rich suing employers 😂.

@@BachelorCigarTalks Im not sure your point or it's relevance to my initial comment but I don't think anyone sues their employer for money. If money was the actual motivation, it wouldn't be worth it.

A Collective bargaining Agreement that is presented at hire and signed is a contract correct?

I posted this comment on the video about hours getting cut but i thought you might be more likely to see this if i post it here. I work Maintenace at a truck stop, I've worked in this building for five years, and have always worked full time here. At the beginning of the year our labor got cut, and Maintenace took the brunt of losing shifts. I got cut from 40 hours to 16 right as winter was starting, and just this week got further cut to 8. HOWEVER, one of the bosses friend's son has been on the schedule 40 hours consistently the entire time, how is that fair? I understand it might be legal, but its completely unfair. Why does that guy get to pay his bills and I don't. Doesn't make any sense. Id like to hear your thoughts on what i should do.
