They are night viginlantees...apart from police, soldiers and all that..in Nigeria some communities ..in fact most communities do have their night security men..or vingilantees..these guys uses jazz,charms or talisman to guide the community from armed robbers or evil people who are coming to harm the community

Baba actually mentioned a name, if i heard him clearly, you should probably listen again, I can confirm the name as said, He's a retired soldier and well knowned in Sagamu.
