It would've been only Big Smoke betraying him. As far as I know, Ryder wasn't meant to be a traitor at first. That's why the Green Sabre scene and Ryder's action don't go along logically and also that Ryder wasn't even mentioned as a traitor but CJ only mentioned Smoke and in the car and when he talked to Sweet.
The fact that Ryder wasn't even supposed to betray CJ, his life only ended because his voice actor (MC Eith) quit due to mutual problems with Rockstar.
Fun Fact: Ryder wasn’t originally planned to be the bad guy. Big Smoke was the originally gonna be the only one to betray Grove Street, however MC Eiht (who voiced Ryder) quit and this caused Rockstar to lazily make Ryder the villain
