I have over a hundred inflatables and this has happened before, they survive and are meant for the outdoors and they should hopefully work again.

I’m glad you were able to save them. Don’t give up on the ones you think are gone. I had one that was outside in Winter and stopped working. Once it was all dried out it worked again!

Glad they all work, when this happens to me in PA I actually blow them all up to dry them out. Just make sure if you do Christmas inflatables u cover the motors like the spooky trees or the liquid could seize the motors . Good luck

Sometimes Nate what I would've did was flip them on the back so the air couldn't get water from it and it works.

I’m so glad your inflatables survived!! I used to have a 12ft turkey inflatable for Thanksgiving but unfortunately it died on it’s first week outdoors after a big rainstorm 😢

I’ve owned a 12ft Frankenstein inflatable for 12 years! And he still work perfectly! So the modern ones should be fine because Frankenstein went through a lot of storms! Thank god that most of them are ok. Have a great day nate!

I have the same problem in the winter in NH after a snow storm I have to go clean off the snow and they take a few minutes to un freeze 😊

Hello Nate I noticed your extension cord and power supply. I live in new england i do halloween and Christmas displays. I will put plastic wrap if i have any around plugs and power strips then place in 2 plastic bags and tape bags closed. If no plastic wrap i just put 2 plastic bags like from target place plugs and power supplies in bags tape closed. They survive 2 feet of snow and ice no water damage to power supply. Just an idea great videos

I kept my Beetlejuice Sandworm & others running during a Snowstorm in 2020. Just kept moving snow from the fan (w/ broom!), and they actually survived. They are pretty sturdy. Hopefully, once dry, they'll be alright!

Oh no! I had my 20ft snowman rip in half and my dad fixed him but the next year the teather attachment ripped apart

Nate swap out the black base on the cord where it plugs in at. Make sure it's not the adapter that's bad and not the fan itself. I threw idk how many away thinking it was garbage til I was messing around and realized them adapters go bad. Also, ud want to squeeze the water out of them and leave them up so the fan can dry them out. Hope that works for you!

At the end of day not a big deal.. zombie babies were probably the cheapest you had right ?

The reason I think that those two zombie babies stopped working were because you plugged them in while the fans were still wet, as the others had a chance to dry. You could contact goose to see if you could get replacement babies through. (That sounds do wrong)

Sorry to hear about that but at least most of them work if you still have the zombie babies try and set them outside in the sun and let them dry fan facing up

I’m sorry that this happened 😞 At least the expensive ones survived, I start decorating in September and I leave my inflatables out all the time, I usually have them turned off for a storm because I’m afraid that they would ether blow away or stop working. The Amazon inflatables break easier so maybe that’s why the zombie babies broke, maybe you should try to dry them off or use one of the working inflatables black piece of the cord and use it for the other that’s how i found out it was just the big black piece and not the actual inflatable itself broken

You should probably in-flight them and let them stay inflated until they dry out that fan will help them dry at least I think it would

I wouldn’t count the two zombie babies that wouldn’t inflate from Amazon out just yet. Even if they’re water logged as long as they’re not torn try them again in a few days.

yea, i live in ohio and the storm wasn't good. someone that live in my area put kittens outside during it. luckily their roommate noticed and all the cats are ok now, i'm fostering 4 of them (there was 15-20.)

As an inflatable owner myself, I know your fear, granted waterlogging is almost unavoidable. Inflatables (even the smaller and cheaper ones) are built for rain. It's the WIND you really want to fear. These are kites with fans and lights, my 9ft animated Jack is no exception. On such a windy day, Jack was inflated and ended up folding sideways! Thank GOD I jumped on the tent steaks😅 I turned my inflatables off until it was less windy, and they were working just fine the next day 😮‍💨

On most inflatables I believe there is a zipper underneath to drain water. Im not sure this is 100% correct.

Don't worry because there is a zipper on the bottom of the inflatable like mine and you can unzip it and drain out all the water

The white external white fans and gemmy base fans usually do t die to rain, there really good, on cheap black fans you should shake the water out of them and off them before inflating
