the last like 2-3 weeks ive been working out bc i couldnt do anything over covid no school or sports or hanging out with people till this july and since im 5’1 150 ive been rllly insecure so ive been working put 5 times a week at my country club gym and ive been actually LOVING the gym and theres max of 3 ppl in my gym which is great and ive been seeing results too!
wow this is an intense routine. my routine consist of going 3-4 times a week. but this week i’m going to try and do 6 so i can hit my muscle groups twice a week. i also do 30 minutes on treadmill on incline. idk if this is over doing it. hope i don’t injure myself 🥲

I have always wanted to start working out but just dont know how or even what im doing. how does the program work exactly? is it just showing us your workout routine or is it adjusted to the user? I dont know much about working out/building muscle really I am very new to this :) and very interested in your program!
It depends what's your goal. If your primary goal is to build muscles follow a bodybuilding program or if your goal is to gain strength and lift heavy follow a strength/powerlifting program. There are many great programs available online for free which you can follow. I personally used to follow candito linear program which help me a lot and I'd recommend you same. On your squats keep your chest up as much as possible. I can move 460 pounds at 159 pounds because I keep my back straight. Keep up the grind, lookin amazing
I do full body but I'd have to try a push/ pull routine and mix it up. But yeah I think the biggest mistake people make is do isolation movements instead of compound lifts that boost hormone levels.
I don’t have access to a gym so I run 1-2 miles a day at least 3 times a week and then do basketball at least 3 times the week is that good for 14 year old girl? I’d run more but I ran a 5k and the next 2 days my legs were hurting so much I could barely run for basketball

Im from Spain, here it´s to difficult to find a good workout because most of the bodybuilders dont help to much u when u are starting, but this video it´s so useful ty so much
I’m interested how to grow muscle! I’ve been working out for 2 years, slowly increasing weight but generally I stuck at the same weight pretty much. I’m quite lean, can see muscles but they are not big, I’m eating good, but in so far as supplements, I consume only whey protein they day I work out… maybe I should just aim at bigger weights and eating even more
Yeah bro it sounds like you are on the right track, it does take a lot of time but just keep in mind increasing your calories and strength will definitely help you gain muscle
