Also, just a suggestion. If you get the smaller platen, you can thread the shirts and not have to use the sheet between. You also won’t have to press the sleeves and collar. I think the platen size is 11x15.

I always cut with scissors and if the line shows then i just press for 5 seconds and its good. Never have issues

You are so talented! Quick question because I only know cricut sublimination & not All the professional equipment you have 1-do you not pre-heat the shirts after you lint roll & before you add your designs? & you don’t press the back afterwards? 2-Plus I was curious- do you roll your own shirt as well? I know when I make shirts or even when I’m cooking for friends-I try & roll mine because of my long hair lol

Angela, have you tried tearing the paper using a ruler? I wondered if that would soften the edges of the sublimation paper so it doesn't leave marks. The paper would be easier to tear that way. Love your videos!

Hi Angela, question, I was browsing Aj blanks and most of their stuff are 100% cotton. Do you treat your shirts before pressing the sublimation prints on them? I thought sublimation is only best with polyester material? correct me if im wrong or if i missed a process? youre doing a great job!

The sublimation ink binds to polyester so 65% poly or higher works… the higher the poly count the more vibrant

Hey AJ… question. You lint roll the shirt before pressing if not you get blue flecks. I get blue flecks. Where does these little pieces of blue come from??? I only sublimate to use a appliqué right now however it’s good info to have. Thanks.

The blue flecks are lint, burned. :) that’s why it’s super important to lint roll really well.
