Can you shower or sweat with your miranda frye /gorjana jewkery??

There’s a lot of mixed opinions about this. I personally don’t! They are gold plated, not gold filled. Most items aren’t over $100. They’re higher quality than jewelry from a lot of fast fashion places but they also aren’t going to last forever if you sweat with them on everyday. I personally remove everything whenever I shower or workout. Mainly bc I find it uncomfortable but it also helps your pieces last way longer!

Re beaded chain bracelets - here's a great one on Amazon: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MNN588S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They will cut it to your specification. What's different about this beaded chain from other beaded chains is that the individual beads are diamond cut, giving them a lot of facets for light to reflect off them. They are really sparkly, and I own 5 of them :)
