I like that response it's smooth. I took it a step further and pulled her in for a hug and whispered in her ear that the past is over and that the old guy won't hurt her anymore he's gone and never coming back. The hug lasted even longer.
If any ex leaves and spends time on their own to heal then you have to respect his or her actions. Sadly, most of the time they leave for someone else. I was with my wife for 10 years and Boom…she left. It’s been 2 years and she’s still with him. You must never ever break no contact regardless. If she ever reaches out. I’ll be polite and courteous but I’ll never take her back. I’ll always wish her well and a life of love and happiness but it won’t be with myself. Stay strong.
Sometimes it's not even worth it. My ex wife lied to this man saying she was single. She cheated on him and I told him she'll do it again. In 3 weeks..... she cheated on him again
My GF stopped texting me out of nowhere (wasn't ever bitchy or rude beforehand) so I just matched that energy and then mostly forgot about her after a month but 2.5 months later she's still complaining to our mutual friend on a daily basis about how I haven't reached out (even though she's the one that broke contact) and she's pissed at me. I live a drama free life and I'm not interested in playing those games.

This is true...my experience i tried all the stuff I wasn't supposed to because I took my ex for granted.. once I started feeling used doing everything and anything and dealing with her rude remarks.. I dicided to just stop everything only contact back if it has to do with my kids... And that started more issues calling me childish cuz I don't argue back.. I feal that's bait to get me mad lol... Constantly Talkin crap getting angry over something I have no clue what about.. all this while she so happi in another relationship... If ur so happi then if I'm a POS then let me be a POS why get made at what I'm doing or not doing ...unless you still have fealings 🧐🤔

I was blocked for a few months after i cheated emotionally in his pov on text. His hatred subsided. Not wanting to ignore me anymore, he unblocked me on my birthday after calling. A nice but a bit of a emotional talk, trying to distance. He has changed. Loss of morals and wants, not listening to what his mind is telling him. Perhaps a way to control. Saying our time was the best time, but we can't go back. Saying his mind tells him to kiss me, but not doing so. I thought this was it, everything he wanted said. But 1,5 month further he called again after midnight. (which i wasn't able to pick up). I wonder what i should do, since contacting has been from his side.
My ex was clearly still upset with me he rebounded or monkey branched into something once we broke up but didn’t tell me .. he came around blaming me for the hurt etc he has thrown up in my face how he feels about me several times I recently found out the whole time he was with someone even though I’m pregnant by him currently he had been blowing me up then will take a break then start again but tries to say oh u won’t let me see the kids

Hey Coach Alex, I was anxious after the breakup and that led to many mistakes. After 2 months no contact my ex was angry at first but a week later agreed to be civil. We were talking great and she was always responsive. But again after 1 month I got blocked everywhere because her friend told her something that wasn’t true and she didn’t trust me. She went into rebound relationship but that has since ended. Now it has been 2 months and we have not spoken. How long should I keep No Contact going? Is 6 months no contact too long? After 2 weeks no contact I posted a photo on Instagram of me with friends enjoying life. When my ex saw this she unfollowed me, unfreind me but kept me on Snapchat. Within 30 minuets of her doing that she came to my house to return a gift I had made her “drawing of first date” I was positive and polite. I haven’t seen her in weeks I said “I’m here if you want to talk” to end the convo. Is this a good or bad sign?
