Thank you for this valuable content! I wonder how do you deal with clients that either don’t, or not consciously fill out the copy questionnaires? I keep explaining that there is research and information necessary before writing the actual copy, but it happens often that they expect the finished copy without doing their part.
Paula! You're so welcome, friend. This is a GREAT question. I think the key here is communication and setting clear expectations.With all of our clients, we set very clear expectations with everyone's involvement on the project-the more that they put in(with a survey, questionnaire etc) the better the product will be. We also schedule a 1hr call with each client reviewing their survey results and that is ~always~ extremely helpful as well. Remember-no one can explain the value of your business better than YOU can. I would make sure that you are clear on communicating your value & their role in the project as well. Hope this helps! Cheering you on! :)
Hi AW Team, just wanted to let you know... I went and reactivated my HB after seeing this because I have been holding off considering HB until they designed a flows kind of feature that is essential to my ux process. But apparently, it is only in beta right now. So I'm downgrading HB and will be back in dubs land for now. They think it might be broadly available in a few months. It looks amazing and whenever they do roll it out, I'll consider switching again... unless I get earlier beta access. I signed up and pled my case. 😆 We shall see. Fingers crossed. 🤞🏻
