I hope you read this Ken! These videos about business are so informative and inspirational. Reminds me of the old videos i watched which directly inspired me to pull the trigger on my first investment property. Your a real estate expert but also a business expert. I love how you causally talk about raising 180 million per year in equity lol. Currently working/struggling on developing the systems needed to grow my own company. Your videos tailored to the entry investor and podcast with Danille are great!, But these videos are also great and get me fired up. This is a great example of how a goal once broken down into a 10 year plan to yearly and monthly increments is not as overwhelming. Really to get to the next may only be a couple deals a year and it is the people who make the difference. This can be applied to a lot of different segments of life. Thank you sharing with everyone.

Thanks, Ken. It took me forever to understand that fund managers were managing hugh amounts of capital that had to be put to work somewhere, and they were actually desperately looking for good ideas in which to invest. Hopefully this gives young entrepreneurs some hope and courage to move forward with their own ideas.

Im living in a HOA that is pretty much done 2 board members left no committee 3 failed Quarums and a building that never kept updated with its self from 1972. Condo buy out option or Investment group developer how do you get on the listing or how can I market a failed condo I own to get any fair market price.

Somebody should be serving as legal counsel for your condo board. Find out who that is, the status of the boards counsel. If not find a good law firm that specializes in cooperatives & condominium law, if that is what you are saying you have. You need to get sound legal advice to protect YOUR interests in the common property in your condo association.

@@AndrewL4me I’ve been a musician for 30 years. I didn’t make a lot of money, but I was trying to write more music. Some people love making money, some people love music, some people love sports, this is diversity. You cannot say people can only love doing what you think is valuable. Judging people like this is not good. More important is, people normally blame other people Greedy is not because they don’t want to make money themselves, it’s more often because they didn’t win in the competition or they don’t like the competition. If you don’t like the competition, why you care about beautiful cloths and good food and a good place to live? If you care you need to work hard and face the competition!

It seems some people don't understand that he is creating jobs, helping people support their families, teaching them to become their own business owners instead of HIS employees! Most bosses don't teach their employees how to become the boss or the business owner themselves. He knows that by helping other people succeed, he succeeds in the process. Business is a team sport my friends. He also gives to charity, but how do you give more to charity? You make more and then give more. The whole while he is raising people up and teaching them to be successful.
