My expecting wife was craving some Prawns noodles and I had to make it work, y’all know how much I love to see @dijalartiste happy I actually made some coconut prawns noodles and she loved it.
Here is the recipe you can also make it at home.
What you will need:-
1/2kg Prawns peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons oil for sautéing
1/2 bunch spring onions sliced
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 can coconut milk
What to do:-
Marinate the prawns with garlic powder, paprika, ginger, salt and juice of 1 lime. In a pan over medium heat add in the oil and sauté the prawns until cooked about 3 minutes add in the spring onions mix well then add in the curry powder mix well then add in the coconut milk bring to a boil until thick then add in the noodles.
For the noodles:-
3 packets Nala instant noodles + seasoning
1 litre water
Boil the noodles until cooked about 3-5 minutes add the cooked noodles into the prawns sauce mix well and serve. Sprinkle extra lime juice to finish off the meal.
