Howdee-haie, okay so I decided to uploaded this on the day it happened! Now I feel all out of sorts in my order of many scheduled videos! xD Enjoy! choc1and1vanilla PeaceAndCookies
Hey, thanks for sharing your story! I’m so sorry to hear you went through that and go through that! It’s disgusting that we go through such an ordeal. I am always on my periods and I suffer that almost every week prolly 3 times a week and I sometimes have to go in to work and experience it and other times I stay home! Been missing so much work and I hate it. I vomit, I feel dizzy and at times I just can’t even get out of the toilet because it’s constant. The docs are no help all they do is prescribe this that and the other. I’m just thankful there are people like you out there making things like this aware! Wish us all good health and betterness with this awful IBS! Take care hon x
Thank you so much for taking the time to tell me about your experience too! I wish there was something more I could do because it's horrible we have to suffer like this! Definitely hoping for the best for you! Best wishes! Xx
I thought I was the only person who has anxiety about it I’m currently on my period and going through an ibs attack right now and your story is helping me get through the pain thank you x
Thank you so much for making this video - thought I was the only one to have had this happen! I've had near fainting, diarrhea, dizziness on my period and I never knew what was wrong with me. Whenever it happens to me I have a cold bath but I know that's not the best place to be when I feel faint! Gonna look this up now, thank you xx
ElleCxxx You're very welcome and I'm glad by hearing my experience it's put your mind a little at ease. Yeah, best be careful when you're in the bath, although I can imagine that feeling nice and cooling. I have been to the doctors and yes it is diagnosable. I have prescribed medication for when I have a sevre IBS attacks and I also have medications, both prescribed and over the counter buys for my period issues. :) I'd suggest to tell your mum, because you should never feel embarrased and if you're extremely uncomfortable about it, book a doctor's appointment on your own, if you're old enough, or have another member of the family or a friend (Someone you feel comfortable around) go with you. Hope this helps and I hope you feel better in yourself soon! ^.^
Hey there! So this was the only time I had such a massive attack with them combined, and to be honest, I completely melted! haha xD But when I suffer generally from both at the same time I find thay walking really eases it off (mostly the period pains but helps ibs too), which is the last thing you wanna do when you're in pain, but it really helps me :) I also try to cut out anything that caused cramps from period and anything that triggers my ibs (for me that can be chocolate, as my ibs goes hand in hand with my lactose intolerance, and crappy food) and I also try to keep myself hydrated with water as a lot of crampy pain can be caused by dehydration! Sorry if I answered one point more than the other, but I really hope this helps some, let me know if you need any other help! :3
