i’m back again and sad as ever. So many people go through cruel things every day and no one notices. Especially people like Serra (Serria?) i don’t know but still. I don’t really know what to say- like people should not be going through this. It makes me really, sad. I hope serria is okay now. :)

I am so sorry Sierra 🥺. I have OCD, ADHD and depression but I've not gone through bad things like this so I don't know what this feels like. I can only relate to a very small level

Actually Holly I would like to correct you one one thing your said. Borderline personality disorder can be helped with a very limited amount of medication. The only one that works with everyone (if they don’t have a reaction that is toxic) is Lithium. DBT is the only therapy for aiding with this disorder, and talk therapy is really good. Ativan helps the anxiety parts. Usually formed from childhood trauma and someone of usually diagnosed with CPTSD at a young age. More common in females than males. I only know this because it’s my diagnosis.

I have Intermittent Explosive Disorder too, so it made me feel less alone and happy when I learned there's another woman out there who also has it too. I also have Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD combined presentation, and Autism.

Just to clarify, as I see there is a lot of disinformation about this, shock therapy is an actual therapy and a good one when used correctly. It should be performed under general anesthesia and it is very very helpful in some illnesses such as psychotic depresion, very high risk of suicide, or certain forms of schizophrenia. Don't demonise it because of misuse, which seems what Sierra's case what. It is undeniable that some psychiatric movements have harmed many people, but thankfully we are now evolving, and hopefully these bad practises will be less day by day. I can't imagine how terrified she must have felt in that asylum :(

Hi! Can I send a story? Its not very sad but here It starts when I got into 3rd grade. The kid who liked me (We'll call him.... Gary) bullied me a lot. Not kicking me, hitting me, or physically abusing me, but he would say hurtful words. When it got to 4th grade the next year I got more mean to one kid in my class, he did nothing to me. When he would bend down, I would kick him and hurt him.. Gary was in my class. Over the summer of 2019, I got out of 4th grade and went to a summer camp. Gary told my friend and I "2 bulls combined = Me." Sence that day I hated myself. Through the course of the summer, I would sometimes starve myself. Now its 5th grade everyday I have to deal with the words "fat" "ugly" and or "lesbian".
