I am a North Indian who was born and brought up in Jaipur, I spent a few years in Bangalore(until 12th) and shifted to Hyderabad during my graduation. It has been over a decade that I have been living in this city. Hyderabad is excellent in terms of everything. People are very polite and friendly, the telugu food is awesome and this place is strategically located. Not too distant from North India like Chennai/Bangalore, no language issues, no extreme weather like Chennai and no hatred against outsiders. I am a proud Hyderabadi now :)

@@priteshpandey9472 Duniya mein aapko aisa koi shehar nahi milega jahan pe saare ke saare restaurants mein khana acha rehta hai. Kuch ache honge aur kuch bure. But on an average, baaki saare sheharon ke comparison mein Hyderabad thoda behtar hai. Khaas karke Chennai aur Bangalore ke muqable. Bangalore mein sab kuch mehnga hai aur jo ingredients ka quality bekaar hai. Chennai mein North ka khana dhang se milta bhi nahi hai aur jo milta hai uska taste up to the mark hota nahi hai. Honestly, mujhe Chutneys thoda overrated lagta hai, usse accha toh Minerva/Veg Park/Bikanerwala hain. Aap ko Secunderabad or surrounding areas thoda explore karna chahiye tha. Yahan pe lakho North Indians saalo se reh rahe hein. Aap jo bhi bolo yaar, mere liye tho South India mein koi shehar Hyderabad se behtar laga nahi :)
But north Indians should develop their own native city ir town just like telugu people.Telugu people develop their own cities, towns and villages in telangana and Andhra pradesh.
It's strange to hear abt ur experience. There are tons of people in Hyd who know hindi 🧐 But yeah, there's no discrimination towards northerners. I hope u have good stay in hyderabad which was voted as the best Indian city to live in 👍
Some muslims who are born and brought up in hyderabad dont know much telugu, you can survive in the city with only hindi. Telugu people dont really convern too much about language like with tamils. People are very nice to everyone
We do feel like tamil people but we don't show on our faces and we don't want to hurt others ... We expect basic telugu skills if your living more than years
We feel like tamil people but never express it out. We are more of Business & Money Minded. You stay in our city and state, pay tax for the development of our telangana and Andhra Pradesh we are happy to welcome people from other states. If you know telugu you can get into the inner circles. If you don;t know you will live in your bubble / Ghetto living.
Actually,next year I will come to Hyderabad for NEET preparation.so,I really excited to obtain more information about this city nature and language also.

Language : you will have no issue bcz 90 percent people knows and speaks Hindi and English. 2.Food: Best food is available 24/7 whatever you wis for (north indian or south indian) 3.Friends: People here are quite very warm and loving...but coming to friends than that totally depends upon your choice of making friend circle...I would say choose good stay good study good. 4.Friend's family : As I said very warm people so you will be loved by everyone depending upon how you interact with them. Finally I would say ki congratulations for Choosing NEET preparation and all the best for it....just apne mann se saare darr nikaldi ki aap ek south State mein aarahehai...you will have no worries here in Hyderabad as per my experience... I am coming to Hyderabad (Kandi). Tomorrow I am just looking for food 😃 there. Because I love north Indian food too much. I am only worry about visiting places and foods near by sangareddy and Kandi.
We Telugu people want to make Hindi people comfortable by trying to talk in Hindi even if we don't know the language so they take this as an advantage and most Hindi people don't learn Telugu in any Telugu city mainly Hyderabad and try to manage it with Hindi which is really bad they should respect the language of the land and learn it at least some so that Telugu people can communicate with them in Telugu instead of we speaking buttler Hindi with them, I am not against Hindi here but if you come to Hyderabad Or any Telugu city you should learn our language same goes with us as well,when we go to Hindi city we will learn it,Thank You.
True, these North Indian people should respect and learn, Telugu language.also after traveling countries around world, I see many countries in world proud of their language and culture, like Japan, China, Germany, France, Spain.

You Telugu Kannada and Malayalee people talk in hindi even if a north indian speak in your mother tongue. All of you boast that you people can talk ten or fifteen languages. Is there any sense in learning so many languages? Languages can help in begging in those regions. Mother tongue and English are enough.

@مبين الدين first of all what is there to get jealous of urdu😂😂. It is originated from uttar pradesh. And it looks like only tire puncture and mechanics use that language 😂. And nobody gives a fuck if you eat beef or pork😂. Cause non vegetarian anyhow leads to many diseases in old age😂.
