ASU? I've really been considering going there. I went to New Mexico from Virginia and had to come home after my liver shut down and I decided to stay home for the rest of the year and the following year. But I realized that I didn't want to go back. I keep bouncing around ASU in my mind but it keeps coming out of nowhere. I'm not very superstitious or religious, but I feel like something in the universe wants me to go.

Love this :) I love how you said you still love your home state but you just need a change. I try telling my friends and family that now but they don’t really understand why I would want to leave California (I’m going from SoCal to New Jersey) especially since there are so many college options here. I will always love California because all my family is here and I’ve been here my whole life, but I want a change especially since I plan on living on the east coast for my career goal so going to college there will give me an earlier experience to that environment. It’s great that you got to have an amazing college experience in a new environment 👍 hopefully the same goes with me ^^ Debt though T^T that’s really the only thing that kills it. Did you have a job while you were in college? Was it on or off campus?

did you move to a big city?? i’m also from MN, a senior in hs and i’ve been looking at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago! however, unlike you, my mom does not want me to move out of state but i want to 😭 and i joined the guards so they’ll pay for my college. i would just need to buy a car to travel back and forth one weekend a month for the monthly drill. and i think that’s why she would also disapprove but i really want to move. honestly what do you think? idk how to get her approval and it’s important to me 😭

is there such thing as housing scholarship if so how do you apply for it?, because i want to move to another state but im worried what if i can't find a job and i run out of money. i don't want to be homeless.
