Emma. Thank you so much for this video. You are beautiful and riveting, and your soul is clear as a bell all throughout. I was born and raised in a country where bulimia isn't understood culturally for economic reasons. It took years (decades maybe?) of living in the West for me to even begin to understand alcoholism (even though there are plenty in my family) and eating disorders as a health condition rather than a choice. As someone who has also struggled with unworthiness you went straight to the heart of the matter and helped me understand it even deeper in a real way. Thank you for this. I will share this with someone who I think can relate to it as I have, even though her struggle on the surface is with a different substance.

Richie Lavery thanks for commenting. It’s a part of my life that was absolutely necessary for me to be who I am now and while it was hard at the time, I have zero regrets. Now I can help others who have experienced or are experiencing a similar issue. I will be posting more about this and other deep topics. Much love to you my dear xx
