As a woman I am very aware of my extra skin. I lost over 200 lbs. in 1993. Gained it back 1 year later. Lost 200 again a year or so again from surgeries. Your video is just amazing. You showed me I'm not the only one for one thing and that I can use compression clothes for my mid section especially. Thanks for being so open and sharing your extra skin story.

What a legitimately brave man, not afraid of embarrassing himself a little if it means he can help others deal with similar issues. Props to you man! I just wanted to add that rash guards meant to Brazilian jiu jitsu seem like a really good solution to compressing lose skin. Maybe you should try that, they are really tight and at least somewhat comfortable.

thanks for your vids. amazingly, as I’ve lost a little over 30#, I have just naturally gravitated toward compression-type clothing. I used to love to wear maxi-dresses (long flowy hippie type dresses). It’s an amazing process to experience these changes really of how I think and what I prefer, etc. I really am changing as a person as I lose the pounds. My process has been for almost two years, but yet, even at a slow pace, it turns out to be authentic transformation of who I am.
