I purchased a cot from Wooden street and that guy broke it during installation. Then I had make a 100 calls, threaten and even filed a consumer complaint for the cot to be repaired and I am not happy with the way they fixed it.

Absolutely agree! Very unprofessional company with no ethics. Customer service is the worst I have come accross. So true the call never comes through for existing customer.

I have bought furniture for two my 2 bhk appartments. I have fully furnished with wooden street.. The quality is very good. They sent me regular pictures of the furniture being made. The service was very good and delivered on time as per the promised date. I was extremely sad to see this video. There may be more to this video.

After seeing this video I have changed my plan. I almost decided to buy furniture from wooden street. I even prepared the furniture layout for my new flat adopting the dimensions of their products. Sorry wooden street, you don't deserve a new customer.

You are a very cool youtuber…you are genuine and no pretentiousness….than you very much…

convertibles are always a riskier choice to go for. I have a pull out drawer bed and have faced the problem of aligning the entire drawer in a straight line otherwise it wont go in properly with one side sticking out. I'm guessing you didn't have any problems with the dining set since you didn't mention any major problems with it (btw I too have the same dinning set from wooden street. My recommendation will be to always go with solid wood for all kinds of furniture.

I purchased a table a month ago and it has not been delivered yet . I have called the customer care several times for several days and they used to give the same response each day that "the product will be dispatched today and will be delivered within 4-5 days ". They have the worst customer service .

Wooden street, is the most unreliable company. Very poor customer service. They never respect their commitment and date of delivery.

Seriously this furniture shop is headache. Whether offline or online before sales service is awesome but after sales service is really very poor. Warranty is only namesake

I bought crockery unit, king size bed and sofa from woodenstreet.. Their furniture is too good.. But their customer service is too too bad.. They don't respond.. They don't event try to understand customers problems..

Worst service. Commitments r ignored. Several requests to deliver sof cum bed, after 2 months they delivered without accompanying Carpenter to assemble. Now I an requesting severallt to depute carpenter on Saturday, but they r not confirming. Always Chating is being established with new person to give himblong history, they hold and did not guve a fruitful reply. *NOT TO RECOMMEND WS IN ANYWAY. BE ALERT NEW BUYERS PLEASE*

If you want to lose peace of mind in your life, make a buy in wooden street. Their customer care and servicing is pathetic. They don't respond and behave recklessly when we call as if it's our mistake to buy a product with them.

Yes I too was duped. I liked the furniture. But after I bought a pooja cabinet. It was defective and ofbbad quality. Pathetic service. Don't buy

Please don’t buy anything from this company. They don’t deliver on time. Delivery guy called for delivery and after that he took 3 days to deliver. Now for installation another 5 days. No customer service. The CS guys are so rude. They don’t have option for return. You have to keep calling customer service thousand times for them to respond. Humble request not to buy anything from them. They give fake ads about quality , CS.
