Facts!! I was in high school when El General came out with that pum pum mami mami no ve va matar. Before that it was Spanish rap. Vico C … etc. and it wasn’t called reggaeton we just called it Spanish reggae. And he was Panamanian! Respect.

Salute to Smooth & Trig---when I 1st heard Broken Language back in 1996 my first reaction was like oh ish---a throwback style--from late 80's early 90's Example "It's get's no rougher" by LL Cool J off the Walk like a Panther album ---but by the time 1996 came along that style was long since abandoned so to hear it again with the way they pulled it off was like lyrical crack--str8 Hip-Hop no chaser---Salute

It's good for this podcast to have these 2 legends on the show. There was a good amount of history being spoken on this episode. My introduction to them was on the song "What makes the 🌎 go round" off of Shyheim's 2nd album "The lost generation(96)" that also features the singer/rapper Dv Alias Khryst. The song and album is 🔥!! Since they're both still doing music I'm looking forward to purchase whatever they come out with. The both of them are CEREBRAL AF!!! Glad to own Smoothe's first album "O.U.A.T.I.A(96)", CLASSIC ALBUM 👍!! I have to also have to own Triggers first album " Life's a 50/50 gamble". That album is also 🔥!! Peace its crazy, because I fucked wit his music so hard,and his flow was different,to the point where,I was in a juvenile facility back in the day,this white lady, respect to her,use to ask me and she was the first person to do so,she use to ask me what am I interested in,what are you good at,and we use to build to point that,She had me write a book,it wasn't that long,but the name of the book was called Smooth the Hustla,but I didn't know the rapper so I based it on 5 dudes from my project and the oldest brother was Smooth the Hustla,it was crazy, because once I started writing I realized my mind was a Creation of God and once I started writing ideas just was popping like popcorn you heard,but I really use love Smooth flow,it caught you in the chest facts
