Just a reminder that this game is based on a true story about a girl named Elisabeth Fritzel who was held hostage in a basement and raped by her father, Josef Fritzel, for 24 years. Her father drugged her and forced her to keep take care of the seven children she had with him in the basement in Austria. This game is almost an exact replica of that actual basement. The woman was only found several years ago and this is a pretty recent case.....
Really sad mark got the bad ending... I guess his eyes deceived him. Which I guess is good given the title of the game. It was meant to make you think like her, to fool you into a false sense of security and thinking that there was something going on outside, and that you need pills because of something that happened to you because of the way your father was talking to you. But the implications as well as what does happen in the bad ending... it's just completely insane...
HI, just my opinion. There is no bad or good ending in this game. I have also watched Mark's pov and "whatever you did - you did it to survive". The ending in this video is incomplete so we never know...
@@MARAH_animation I went into marks video not understanding the games name until after he beat it. So it fooled me. Sure it might not fool others, but it's for the people like me to get fooled.
I agree, because it’s honestly better than the other ending where her father r@p3d her and she asked why her belly was so big and round because she was pregnant.
Every time she waters the plant , she says: “Keep growing little one” that actually refers to the baby in her womb. This is absolutely disgusting that I just realized it.
For those who don't know, the game tells the story of this girl trapped by her father in a basement for 7 days. In the first ending you decide not to take the medicine and manage to escape in the second. ending you take the medicine and at the end a message appears "why is my belly so big and round?" Which makes it clear that her father kept her trapped and then got her pregnant then in the 2nd day (when they create the access code) the father makes him an apple and in the bibbia the apple means sexual relations and when she waters the plants and says "grow up little one" in my opinion it's a metaphor to the child she is carrying
actually it is implied that she wasn't stuck for 7 days, but rather she was stuck for several years due to the fact that she doesn't even know what an apple is nor what the sun is. Which means that she was probably stuck there for who knows how long.

Yeah. In marks play of the game, he picks to take the pills and gets the bad ending. At the end she says something along the lines of “papa why is my stomach so big and round” showing that she is pregnant and starting to show. I heard the game is based off a true story about a girl who was r-ped by her father and kept in his basement. It’s crazy.
"They're best when fresh".. bruh i hate CSA and SA, wait no i hate all bad things that contains sexual stuff This game made me more insecure cuz i experienced being touched 😕 but im glad the girl escaped in the good ending. I dont know what happened after that cause the game just..ends. But im guessing the girl asked for help, its sad to see that she is clueless about some things like she dont even know what the sun is and sedatives and what is her father doing to her :(( the girl is about 9 or 10 years old too its disgusting to see how world can be awful! No hate to the creator, but this game really has a dark story despite having no jump scares.. (Sorry for my grammar im bad w english)
@@Zub_Zer0 The disclaimer is clearly false, it's just there for legal reasons. The basement is almost an exact replica of the crime scene, that is absolutely NOT a coincidence and you'd be wrong to think it is. You can Google photos of the crime scene if you need to

@@Zub_Zer0I think you might be confused about the situation. The fact that the game closely follows the real story AND the crime scene is the same is in NO WAY a coincidence. I was simply saying that they were putting a legal disclaimer because they could possibly be misrepresenting a real-life situation involving real people
I love mark but he always goes against what the obvious choice should be, and it typically leaves him missing out/missing details. I knew i had to look up the other ending because he got the obviously bad one.
i feel like mark knew what was happening and chose a different choice for a reason, to keep the innocence. He probably had a gut feeling of what was going to happen if he chose not taking the pills. He kept himself blind for a reason even though he knew what was coming, he deceived himself despite knowing.
@@KayJeyDrespectfully the point of the game was to make you feel safe with “papa”, no it wasn’t obvious. It wasn’t supposed to be obvious bc that’s defeat the whole point of playing as a little girl who’s been manipulated her whole life into trusting her papa. Mark had no way of knowing, if you get annoyed at him for it literally what is he supposed to do?
The fact that this is a true story is actually TERRIFING, who knows, that could be happening to alot of people around the world, but they die before anybodys found out...
she is the daughter of papa and was raised in captivity to be used for sex. In the bad ending she became pregnant with papa's child as he was raping her while she was sedated at night.
*MASSIVE TRIGGER WARNING for CSA, drugging, abuse* She’s not kidnapped, but her father is keeping her locked in the basement and sedating her so he can take advantage of her in her sleep. She has no understanding of the outside world, so she trusts her father implicitly and is completely unaware of her own situation. In the bad ending, she continues taking the sedative pills. The game skips to “Day 147”, which is nearly five months. The girl feels nauseous and when she tries to talk to her father through the trapdoor, he slams it in her face. It ends with her saying “Why is my belly so round and big?”, implying that she’s gotten pregnant as a result of her father’s actions. Truly sickening

@LeoGumball the dad sells her out to other people, it's not just him that uses her. When he said 'they shouldn't be here yet' someone who was there to use the girl came early and it made the dad angry
She escaped, but what she does afterwards is TBD. She doesn’t even know what the sun is- doesn’t know what the world is. Doesnt know other people. So whether she somehow makes it to safety (someone rescues her? Calls cps?) or winds up back in the basement, we won’t know.
The pills are sedatives pills that make her sleep so that her father can.. you know... doing unholy stuff while she's sleeping, so it's clear that the father got her pregnant.
Idk but I have some theories. The kid in this may be kidnapped, they don't even know what the sun is, so they could've been taken as a baby and lead into believing their kidnapper is their father. The mom could also be dead, or sadly also involved in the abuse
@@BasilTeaLeaves or she was led to believe the daughter was missing and trusted her husband but that wouldnt explain why the daughter never asked in the game where her mother was, unless "papa" told her that the monsters got to the mother as a way to make his lie more believable
