You have to pick a time to go to bed and just lay in bed even if you’re not sleepy. After a few days your body will adjust. Also make sure you force yourself to wake up at the time you want to. Again, your body will adjust within a few days.

Jcook, to get bigger (more muscle) make sure you’re eating enough protein each day. Also you don’t need to do 8 workouts, 4-5 is very affective. Form over weight first & pushing till failure on the last set is good. Once that certain weight that you are using gets easy within a couple weeks or so, it’s time to up the weight.

I just looked up rules for Dubai and they have several things u can't do. I would have never guessed but when celys said something about video's it got me wondering. YALL I BEEN THERE TOO, with bedtime being madd late, somewhere between 2-4a.m which is NOT normal, right so whatcha guys gotta do is you gotta FORCE yourselves to go to bed at a more reasonable bedtime,like anywhere from 10-12p.m...If you wanna do 10 then both y'all force each other at that time to sleep&do this everyday & before ya know it BOOM,your body will adjust to the new bedtime hour♥️

Aweee rolo looks like my grandpas dog deee she was whit and grey just like that but when she got older she got skin problems she had a real bad case of dermatitis poor baby was always in pain my grandpa was always caring for her miss that dog

We have a 2 year old and recently we’ve been sleeping at 1am and we wake up at 10:30am almost 11😔 but no matter how hard we try even if we skip nap time we will fall asleep at 1am. Ill be having dinner at 8pm😂

Try to adjust your sleep schedule by 15 minutes at a time. Always works with babies/kids. Worth a try? 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
