My family's favorite dinner recipe! I make it every week. Today's menu is: Fried Rice with Shrimp and Broccoli, Chicken Simmered Rice, Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork, Stir-fried chicken with cucumber, Beef stir-fry with potatoes, Sweet and Sour Shrimp, Asian-Style Soy-Glazed Chicken Thighs, Stir-Fried Beef and King Oyster Mushrooms with Black Pepper. Let’s start cooking!
✅ 00:00 RECIPE 1: Fried Rice with Shrimp and Broccoli
Main ingredients:
2 eggs
1 bowl of rice
7 oz / 200 g of shrimp
Broccoli
Seasonings for marinating:
Black pepper and salt to taste
Seasoning in the cooking process:
Add salt and vegetable oil to the water(Blanch for 30 seconds)
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 tsp of oyster sauce
