For the busier people, substitute the mixture with puff pastry dough. Cut it round a little bigger than the cupcake and tuck the edges in. If using the walnut put it under the dough not over. I use couple more bananas in each. Top it or side it with vanilla ice cream when done. Delicious 😋
Cinnamon really complements banana surprisingly well. I didn’t even realize it till I tried a little bit on a few slices once, & couldn’t believe how it made that simple banana just pop…. I ended up putting about three times as much cinnamon on it after that first taste, lol…
A slice of butter is called a "pat". You used to be able to buy pats of butter. Restaurants had them individually, which were sandwiched between two tiny pieces of paper. Places now have fully wrapped versions which aren't as easy to use.
I made these yesterday and they turned out great! I do not have a silicone muffin pan so I used my metal one and they kinda stuck so for the second batch, I used muffin cups.
Damn, a tablespoon of brown sugar in each one is a lot of sugar and the mix has more sugar. That is 15 grams of sugar per muffin thing. That is more than a Krispy Kreme donut.
Yummy, I did this this the lazy way, used the refrigerator banana bread, was very good. I should have let them cool longer in the cupcake tins, some fell a bit in the center.
Yeah my family would love these. I've made little strawberry ones and Little peach upside-down cakes but never tried banana. I probably would drizzle a homemade vanilla icing on top

@vh9657 I'm thinking you figured this out already, but just in case someone else is wondering..... All products that are bioengineered have to have it printed on the labels. It's usually before or after the ingredients list. If not, it's close by. Good luck finding much that isn't tampered with anymore!! So sad. Have a great day!!
I love your recipes for quick and easy meals. They all look delicious! I'm not trying to be mean so please don't take it that way. How do i say this??? The way you whisk drives me crazy lol.. You have to pick up on the whisk to make your eggs or whatever your whisking fluffier or mixed easier and more thorough. The way you are doing it is basically a swirl around the dish mostly. You got there by punching the eggs with the whisk. You're a young lady so I i understand, so just a tip from an old lady.. Please don't feel offended, that is not my intention. Keep up doing what you are doing and your channel will explode!

@kims1941 ....I am diabetic....I just adjust the recipe....so that's not a true statement....im sure most diabetics do....besides we do not sit down and eat the whole thing...theres a million channels out there....im sure one will suit you better...you need to read up on....the causes of diabetes....I was overweight my whole life....some medical issues...immunity problems....sugar is not the culprit...genetics also....then the theres potatoes and pastas rice...etc Are starchy....and starch makes sugar....so consider that also.....

Yeah, stay away from those silicone pans... they aren't that safe and haven't been around long enough to work out all the kinks. It's more healthy to just use normal pans. 😊
