You can get the Baby Audio Magic button by itself for free, no need to buy the whole plugin if you don't need it. the Wash button is a really nice reverb too!
As someone slowly shifting from good old trusty GarageBand iOS to the big boys on Mac, these are some brilliant plugins to know about. that XLN Audio Life plugin made my jaw drop hard. Cheers!
Great plugin demos! Got Super VHS on sale today, and got Super VHS with my "virtual cash" for free (thanks, Plugin Boutique!). Now, getting that Magic button. Love neat and creative plugins, thanks!
Baddie with the Snacks Fire workflow .On a side notes for those who are FL users, SUPERVHS is included in the FL Cloud Pro Sub, personally worth it if you by the annual sub - I know a sub sucks. but if you can fit it in to your budget you get so many cool effect such as that!
Oh hey, recognize your username and know I've watched some of your stuff from time to time. I'll definitely have to check out your released stuff and am gonna enjoy this video!
As of the day of this video's release, Baby Audio has a sale on Super VHS, and XLN has a sale on Life. And as another commenter said, that single button in Super VHS is available as its own free plugin called "Magic Switch."
Hype! Love your recommendations. Hope you've been well. Stoked to give some of these a try. Life is the only one I currently have. So fun, I forget I have it sometimes is the rub ahaha
If you have Reaktor, there is a complicated VHS tape plugin called the VHS audio degradation suite. And my nerd out goto is still Cable Guys Shaperbox 3 a gift that keeps on evolving. Bought it to do some automation in Maschine, but it is sooo cool. And for delay.....I go to the Dutch railroads, eh no, for AAS's Object Delay. Got if for nope in a sale....best nothing I ever spend. And Cherry audio's Realistic's MG1 is also cool (and free), and having oogled that synth in the Radio Shack store in Eindhoven in the early 80th.....but having a Moog soft synth with Bad Snacks presets...(I hope "asked too" includes "payed too") is an added bonus indeed.
One pro trick I do with life is set random modulators to the pitch and filters of each edit section so you get more variety out of your loops while recording to rolling sampler. That way you can pick either different versions of your loop or extract unique sounds since the samples themselves can be a bit samey
The Autochroma plugin is dope! Any tips for getting more comfortable with granular synthesis? P.S.: Chroma by Xynth Audio is a dope plugin! I think you'd like it a bunch :)
Rock on, hope you are taking over the world! PS - I totally use those MARIANA presets! Did not know you'd done those. That Dirty Saw is one of my faves. I layer it with my Waldorf Blofeld 707 patch :)
