Well...First off...beautifull collection ! But i think you branched out a bit too much. Having up to 10 or more different Lego franchises is one thing... but then also going with the Lego Art , Helmets , shields , UCS buildable figures , etc... it makes it harder and harder to combine it all. My advice would be to focus on minifigure based sets , plus Masterbuilder and UCS , for example. And maube weed oit some of the stand alone sets , or smaller sets you arn't all that happy with. It would certainly free up a ton of extra room.
Thank you!!! I kind of agree there is a lot of everything and looking back variety is nice, but it would be a bit more impressive to have the collection focused on one area so that I could really have a focused and detailed display. I've thought about getting rid of some of my oddball random sets but at the end of the day I'm a hoarder and I'm terrible at getting rid of things lol.
You have to be more selective with what you are buying. I have this problem too but I am commited to only collect Lego SW. I have 2 Marvel Sets too. You will have trouble with the May the 4th Sets and Jabbas UCS Sail Barge which is a Must for every Lego SW Fan
Definitely lol. I have definitely exhausted most of my display space at the current moment. I think out of the May 4th roster all I really plan to buy is the Sith infiltrator, droideka, the Brickheadz, and I want the UCS AT-AT. I'll probably pass on the barge since I'm happy with the 2013 one but who knows what I'll think when it's revealed lol.
As someone who tries to keep as much organization as possible, i feel your pain lol. I’ve tried my best to group thing’s together but a lot of my collection bleeds into other stuff which i honestly have no problem with but then you have a little part of it that kinda doesn’t make sense and you can’t do anything about it lol. For the most part though i am pretty satisfied and i guess that’s what matters.
Yeah lol. I think just realizing that no LEGO display will ever be perfect helps a lot with the kind of nitpicks I have with my displays. At the end of the day if you are at least happy with most of the display decisions you have made with your LEGO collection that's a win in my book.
You should move your cmf case somewhere else and configure the space with your batwing and Batman art to fit in the Gotham city skyline, possibly remove the Batman art if you have to cause I think the batwing and the skyline would look really good together
I might! Though if I'm honest I don't really know if I'll get the skyline quite yet. I really want it but I think I'm gonna wait a bit so maybe I'll reorganize once I finally pull the trigger on the skyline. It would look really good next to the batwing though I completely agree with you on that.
It's a J Shelf Bracket from Home Depot! It has a depth of about 11.5-12inches and it just has wood cut to fit on it. I have a more in depth video explaining it on my channel from about six/seven months ago
