My Favorite Barbie Dolls - Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse Doll Collection 

This was my favorite era of Barbie *chefs kiss* the quintessential Barbie for me.

This era was everything, mattel bring it back.

It's really unfortunate how doll quality has gone down so much. I miss the 2000-2012 when dolls, not only Barbie, were so high quality, even if aimed for small children! Detailed Barbie dolls, Ever After High, Monster High, even the fashion packs were gourgeous! Just sad to even think about... :(

I wish they would bring back the 2010 Barbie faces they were so pretty and I miss the fact mattel still put effort into their budget dolls and they had articulation I miss that.

Life in the Dreamhouse was a great series and doll line. They had max articulation for that time plus an extra dress (or hoodie for Ken) and were about $15 a piece and the Barbie Style dolls were about $20. They made every Dreamhouse character into a doll except for Ryan which was disappointing, but Raquelle with her smirk face is probably still my favorite playline Barbie since I started collecting.

Your Midge, Barbie and Raquelle are from the barbie 'style' series. So accurate to them but not to the webseries.

I love their faces. Now Mattel is scared of putting makeup on Barbies :(

I love all the ones with rooted eyelashes. I wish they would bring them back.

I feel the same way about the "Life In The Dreamhouse " series and dolls. My oldest daughter watched the show when she was younger and my 8 year old watches the reruns often now. I love their clothes, articulation, and lashes! They were/are perfect!

Your Raquelle is a Barbie Style doll and came in that outfit originally. She’s just not from the life in the dreamhouse line. 🤓

I have the first Raquelle with the red dress. I also bought Ken. So I have the complete line of Dream House dolls. My favorite line. I loved that they were articulated. I had waited all my life to have articulation like they were. 🙂 They didn't last very long as play line, which to me, was sad. I looked at the price for them now and it's ridiculous at how much the cost!

The lighting looks absolutely fabulous!! I would suggest always leaving the overhead lights off. 💗

I just started collecting these dolls and was lucky enough to get a lot of $6 with Teresa summer Nikki Midge Raquel Barbie and Ken for $380. I also found myself a 2014 dreamhouse to creat a diorama of 1959 Malibu way!!!! I've also been collecting the style dolls one by one!

MA NICKI OMGGG!!! I forgot all about her until you mentioned that and omg I laughed so hard, I miss her. I never got into Life In The Dream House, wasn't really my thing when I was younger, but now that I'm older and I'd soooo enjoy it, I'm totally gonna watch it!!

I am not super familiar with this line but they are pretty great. Love the detailed outfits especially. It is hard to believe that the same company pumping out over-sized McDonald's toys for Barbies these days is the same company that created amazing quality dolls only a decade ago.

I loved the episode where they introduced Midge in black and white! Did you see the other series where they used actual Barbies to recreate the cartoon episodes, using the actual soundtrack of dialogue, etc? I miss those!! 👍😊💕

These are beautiful dolls and great they had rooted eyelashes, articulation and detailed outfits for playline dolls, I will have to heck out the show on RU-vid 😍💗

the Barbie,and Midge are Glam Luxe dolls also, i have that Nikki and and i have a Glam Luxe Raquelle with red highlights, that line was AMAZING then they introduced the heels to flats dolls, and then mattel without hesitation introduced the unarticulated limbs to the line and it sadly disappeared

UGH! i want the midge from this line so bad but i didn't get her when she was in stores & now the scalpers got a hold of her and it's not worth it for a originally 20 dollar doll. :( They need to re-release the line.

i was lucky to get them in box, fresh from the store at walmart in 2013. i have to tell you, i lost my goddanm mind when i saw the rooted eyelashes!! lost it!!! the outfits were gorgeous, the accesories, the shoes!!! and yes, Summer has a smerk, as one of the Raquel dolls. i currently have: the original Midge, Raquel and Teresa and the double pack Raquel with Summer but i gave away summer, she wasn't my favorite at the time. i'd got the original Barbie but idkw i gave her away as well. a beautiful line and i hope that Mattel could go back to that quality.

I remember going to the store and holding Summer and Teresa but never being able to buy them. I love those dolls so much! I did get the Midge in the red/blue dress who came with the old fashioned dress. She is still a favorite in my collection!

If my memory serves me the first two dolls are from another line around the same time as Life in the Dreamhouse called Barbie style glam luxe... Maybe they came after. I really miss these lines so much. Wish they werent so expensive nowadays!! Love your videos

I LOVED Life in the Dreamhouse series, it was so funny. I have a few dolls from that line, they really were amazing. Of course, when I see Nikki, all I can think of is Sophie from the Darbie Show, LOL.

my favorite dolls were superstar barbie 1988, island fun barbie ,and diva from barbie and the rockers i remember when i found out that i got dive for christmas every weekend until christmas i would carefully open my gift play with my doll for a little bit then wrap her back up until christmas

I liked the life in the dreamhouse series where they made her an actual doll more than a real person like the dreamhouse adventure series and movies. My favorite character is the first curvy doll Daisy, though from dreamhouse adventures

I have a couple of these dolls in the original clothes, I cherish them . I so wish Barbie would articulate and add eye Lashes more to the dolls. I mean it’s Barbie she needs to step up her game not down it.

I had the Midge permanent doll and I loved her, I loved her nailed nails, her little ring, her red hair. She went with me in the bath, I loved that her arms could bend. I use to loose the belly all the time but when I did find it it’d be her helmet because I had the myscenes scooter lol.. how do I remember this 😂 🤦🏼‍♀️
