I've been coming to this place since the early 80s. I've camped here many times. I could have gotten this site for myself this time but I was already set up somewhere else and that place is close to a pitt toilet. I haven't seen this site open for at least a decade.

Larry, if You'd like after warm up in the spring maybe You could come up to one of my gold claims around Lake Davis in Commiefornia and visit for awhile? I'd like to have You up, just keep in mind that 2 yrs ago one of those fires swept up our canyon and it's not the beautiful Forrest it once was. Never the less it would be a cool trip for You
