The man with the pompadour and sunglasses is Liben. We expect him to turn up later this year; Liben is a traveling merchant who is very good at trading what's locally commonplace for locally rare. The significant thing about him is that he keeps getting ahead of us and is one of the earliest in-game lore drops on what exactly is going on in the upcoming region as he explains why we shouldn't go there. (In the case of Sumeru. his bad luck turned out due to accidentally stepping right on Dori's trademarks.) [Appended] Liben appears to be carrying one of the Dragon Balls, as well as several other things he probably shouldn't be. Until Genshin decides to make the weapon banner reasonable, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not only is the pity separate, not only do you potentially have to lose twice instead of once on the character banner, but one of its forms of pity doesn't carry over from one weapon banner to the next; in a nutshell, you really should only pull on the weapon banner if you plan to pull until you get the weapon. It's really only for people who are happy to pour money into the game or whose accounts are flush enough with characters that they'd prefer to "treat their favorite characters well" so to speak. Every 5* character has a signature weapon whose effect synergizes well with their kit (and usually also complements them visually), but it's a luxury more than anything. In the first nearly three years of the game, I only pulled one weapon. It's only in the last year that I've started to splurge on weapons a bit and I'm done with that for now.

No, Navia is not a pirate. I’m guessing the steering wheel threw you off, but I think the boat motif if just because they’re in the land of Hydro. And yes she has a weapon, because all 5-stars have their own signature weapons. I wouldn’t really worry about them unless you either want to do harder content, or just want it for aesthetics because the signature are designed with the character in mind. As for why she doesn’t have that many views: 1. She is still a fairly new character, so her presence hasn’t really been that long to stew yet. 2. She has a very cute design, but since it’s not really “sexy” and Gacha gamers tend to be on the horny side most of the time, so she wasn’t gonna draw a lot of eyes. 3. Her element is Geo. And Geo is not a very popular element due to its only reaction with other elements is to create shields, and most of the players want to do big damage. She’s strong enough on her own, which is good, but makes others wish her element was something besides Geo so she could be better. Ir the other types of Genshin that have been asking Hoyoverse to rework the Geo element. Quick thing about Chevreuse and Furina. Chevreuse would have been great if you actually got Raiden, cuz her kit works very well with her. And about Furina and the whole “guilty” thing. You’ll know when you actually get to Fontaine’s story.
