and you're not his favorite either dan, by the way that brow went up and he the way said uh huh and the shoulder shrug when you sang lol sounds like he'll pass on the singing hahahaha!
Speaking of music talent being passed down, my Grandpa was a musician, my father wantedbto be a drummer but was never allowed to get drums. He blessed me with a drum set as a 9 year old and I've been a drummer for now 31 years. And i passed that takent on to ky youngest boy. He is 11 and has been drumming since he could walk. He will be better than i ever was by the time he is 16. He is amazing! Dan, you might not have had musical abilities passed to you, but your parents passed kindness and compassion to you. And that is invaluable. ❤️🇺🇸💙
You’re doing a wonderful job Dan with grandpa. Lol Your energy level and happiness is awesome!! Even though grandpa don’t get where your coming from a lot of times he still enjoys you and your amazing energy . 🤗
He's in a good mood because you take excellent care of him & these coffee chats are amazing for him to have the repetition.. But mostly cuz you love him!!! 💖🥰
I love ♥️ Grandpa, he is the sweetest man and reminds me of my Dad. Always look for your videos. Thank you for educating us on dementia. You are the kindest man Dan, such patience! We need to see more of Danielle. 😃💕☮️🙏
😂 "I'm a singer pop.. ".....sings Billy Joel.. love the humour, the patience you have, and the banter. Your dad is awesome, and so bloody funny at times. You're doing a great job looking after him. 😊👋💕
Love it!! You guys are awesome!! Ed you are an amazing father and grandfather! Dan you are the best dad you can be! I’m always looking forward to watching your posts😊
He is a very intellectual gentleman. He was quick to point out that you are too! That was a great compliment from him. There was admiration in his voice for that. He is a blessing, for sure. I know being the care giver has its frustrating moments... but he seems content and happy and one day you'll be glad you put in the effort. Thanks for sharing the experience with us. Happy 4th of July to you all.
singing connects us from birth Singing increases oxytocin levels (aiding bonding) and decreases cortisol (lowering stress). It can also rapidly result in feelings of connection and flow - improving our mood, strengthening sense of identity and helping out long and short-term memory.Feb 8, 2023
