I know this is an older video but wow these are some powerful loops. I have used Waldorf gear for years. The random on the original Waldorf pulse is great

To use the random function press and hold shift and hit global/utility button to enter the menu...then scroll to random sound and press and hold shift and hit the global/utily button again and voila!!!

Fun to watch man. The micro Qs randomly generated patches seem much more useful than the Blofelds.

A lot of dance music and that Benassi-type pumping 3xOsc shit uses tons of reverb on the bass, so what's the consensus these days? I personally prefer delay over the reverb...

@parosite first : read the manual secondly: press shift+global (than scroll to random with the big red knob), press shift+global again

Hi, I saw your video aboaut random patch with micro Q. 2 weeks ago I bought a second hand Micro Q lite that I up grade to OS 2.23 trough Sysex with a midi seq and Cubase. Now it's working good. I look to manual but I don't see nothing about this feature So, Do yo know if I can random patch with this device and if it's posible how can I do it? Also I read about a PC editor to do random patch... do you know wich editor? I really will thank you your answare. regards Jota Ge

Mr Junkie...what do you make of the random feature on the Blofeld, mine just seems to knock out white noise or no noise.

Great technique of looping around one bar - produces some truly excellent phrases. What happended to the A/D? Is there something interesting on the way to replace it :) Just missed out on a Micro Mod for £100

@H4NDCRAFTED It's pretty terrible much like you described it, although the new firmware was meant to address it I haven't tried it since.
