The box ring discrepancy is very curious and there are several items this can be made for (star plush vs potion of lead skin) however I learned that these misplacements are fully intention by the devs. When speaking on the design of item ranking they claimed they put some far above par items in each tier that way you would always have a reason to open a chest, and sometimes even have a hard decision (eg: c chest vs b chest)
