The flaxseed gel works great for me bc it’s not flaky, for me and it makes my hair ringlety in a way like it’s not fuzzy curls but defined and hydrated curls
When two products don't mix it will flake even from same brand. I use cantu coconut curling cream + aunt jackies and no flakes. Mix leave in or curl cream with gel in your hands if it curds it will leaves flake
Same!! I hate the curl enhancing smoothie and I saw everyone using it and loving it all over RU-vid and I was expecting it to have life changing results😂but it turned out to be a huge let down for me despite its high price I thought I was the only person that didn’t adore it
At times it's kind hard to hear you because of the background music, but overall great video! Would you consider trying the Revlon Paddle brush blow dryer?
I guess there’s a reason my Shea moisture curling cream has been sitting on the shelf too 🤷♀️😭 I use to like it But it is a very heavy product n can leave the hair very smelly
Don't use the curling custard and don't together because the custard is more of a creamy gel. From my experience , I had flakes from using both at the same time.
SKSKSKKSKS THE SHADE ON THE CURL ENHANCING SMOOTHIE. I don't really like it either. Coconut oil makes my hair soft but too oily . It almost like it never dries.
The white stuff could be due to you mixing products that just don't go together. I would use this pomade and this detangler cream and before I would wash my hair. Big mistake, it gave my hair this pudding dirt clump all through my twist. Never mixed those 2 again
I thought I was the only one that hated the curl enhancing smoothie by Shea Moisture... it really does suck. It makes my hair crunchy and dull! It's not a reliable moisturizer at all. So many naturals hype it up, but you have to really try it for yourself to see how your hair reacts to it.
the Curl Enhancing Smoothie is really not meant for your curl pattern its made for more dense fros thats probably the reason why it felt heavy on your hair. If you were to ever use it (even me with my dense type 4 fro) NEVER USE ALOT!!!! When they say dime size THEY MEAN IT this product is very dense so you cant use alot it
Most of the time it's what you use with the product that makes it flake. Put a very small amount of gel and the moisturizer/ curly cream your gonna use on your arm/ wrist and rub it together. If it clums , it'll flake. If it stays creamy it won't. This hack will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!
