Seriously, dropping $400/night Is out of most people’s budget. It would have been nice if you included hotels around $200/night for those with families. Or, say that this is not for the average family budget.
I totally understand! Maybe a better word would have been, standard or general. Nashville's tourism is at all time high, thus, an elevated rate for hotel prices! I will say, the hotels I reviewed are just a select few that are offered here in our growing city. Also, these hotels aren't your average hotel. Each one offers a unique experience. To each their own when it comes to hotels, right? :)
Yes I love the looks of the hotels, but I can't take it home..One person even said it's over populated in hotels there. $400.00 - over 500.00 a night....talk about throwing your hard earned mortgage money quickly away before even seeing the area. But thank you for the views. We're going to enjoy the area with the extra money we saved looking more. The very best thing is REVIEWS of people who stayed or visited places...it should wake up ownership who's customers ARE steered to or away. It's like a dirty front glass doors etc. to a restaurants..That makes the decision , enter or leave...! From the OUTSIDE !! Windex , see your business like a new customer from every angle every day ! The Comments should dictate who gets promoted or fired. That's if Management ......cares . I can't take the lobby looks home, but I can enjoy a quiet, clean room and Breakfast in the morning before I tour the area .
try the music row area, or, holiday inn express on Broadway & 9th..... nothing really "cheap" in the exact downtown area ;-( it's way too popular to offer "cheap" rooms.... everything is going to be $200-500 and maybe more, depending on time of year, how many concerts are in town, is there a football game or hockey game,,, yeah, nothing is really cheap here ;-(
Hi Natalie, enjoyed your video. Wife & I are cming in for a wedding in Arrington. We decided to come in on a Wed for a date night since we've never been to Nashville. What's 1 place you'd stay at for 1 night and where to have dinner, breakfast and lunch downtown? Also, any places to see/visit within walking distance? Thank you!
Hi! Not sure if you have already visited, but I really do love The Bobby still. I recently went to The Conrad and it was beautiful. Hall's is a nice restaurant right next door and is fantastic! There are so many options for lunch/breakfast. I love 417 Union (a classic for breakfast), Restoration Hardware for breakfast/lunch, Twelve Thirty Club for downtown dinner! I could go on and on, but those are just a few of my regular favorites.
The Hermitage is a 5 diamond (AAA) and 5 star (Forbes) hotel - -and they earned every bit of it. I stayed there in 2015 and it was DIVINE.... they recently underwent a huge renovation and it's GORGEOUS... !! yes, stay here if you can afford it ;-) special occasions are special, be sure to enjoy the turndown service; I wouldn't stay here if you were just looking for a "bed and shower" though,,, I would stay here for the experience of a 5 diamond hotel ;-)
