@@thegreatest1176 from what I gather, he was intoxicated at the time. Also, a famous quote that is spread like the plague is "consent isn't just the occurrence of a 'no', but the absence of yes." She fully admitted that just because he didn't say no (or was unable to say no due to intoxication), just just assumed it was okay. I know a lot of cases that were rule reversed in which it was heavily considered to be rape or sexual assault. But I guess since it's a man, it's just funny? (according to the audience anyway)
i think lord farquad meant that he didnt know from conception that the child was his, but his pea sized brain just cut out the important words and came out with that
That gay man had to go through sexual assault and this whole dilemma, and after ALL OF THAT he apologized to HER and told her he loved her and his godson. What an amazing and strong human being, he shouldn’t have had to do that. If anything he deserved an apology and I really hope he got one.
@@cindypicadomolina7814 Actually, you will learn the hard way sooner or later that anyone who calls for censorship of opinions is always on the wrong side of history. No exceptions. If you can't prove me wrong without silencing me, all that means is that I'm correct and you're just trying to hold on to a narrative. Reality always has the last word, sory not sorry.
Salma Yussuf we don’t have all the details, but just like in Maury, there are cases of mothers having a kid and turning men away, until they get in a tight spot and then they wanna claim them as the father figure. I could understand if he was excluded until recently.
"She slept around with everyone in our neighborhood." "If that were true, I would have slept with her husband cause he wanted me to." Chilllllld. . . . . . 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
She's like that teacher everyone respects and maybe are little bit of afraid of, but she is fair, genuine, and compassionate. Like you can joke with her before and after the class, but the moment that bell rings, you are in *her* class and you better listen.
That "gay" guy is a good guy. He was very respectful to the judge, and his apology was definitely meant after he was determined not the father of the child.
It amazes me that to have a house or a car or a skill you need to have a degree that verifies that you are skilled and ready. But when it comes to making SENTIENT LIFE, PEOPLE DO THAT ON ACCIDENT.
When she said “you look confused period” I screamed so loud with laughter because my mom used to tell my older brother the same thing!! That red haired dude looks like if Chuckie decided to stop killing ppl and settle down!!😩🤣🤣🤣🤣💀
@@eriklehman5782 True dat. Anyone can be raped. It's all wrong. No excuses. Then some detractors will try to play the "who had it worse" game to make one rape seem less worse, serious, real or truthful. Nah, rape is rape.
I think he was basically saying that since he did not know the kid was his then, he doesn't have anything to apologise for, basically using his ignorance as an excuse to not aplogise.
And that my friends, is why people need to learn respect. Because people think that they can just walk in and treat people as if they own it. OH HAIL NO that ain't how the world works. Whoever taught their children to behave in such a way is shameful. Bruh I can tell from the way that that mom was looking at her like bruh, she's the type of mother that just doesn't set boundaries.
@@savvycalderon3510 Lol that "yeah?" part was definitely a trigger for me. Like this aint like some sort of 1900's streets where they talk like that hail no. She's definitely some teenage mom teaching her kids wrong. That's a no on my book.
@FullTimeSlacker Naw she's one of those boomers. She either needs to grow up or needs to seek mental health support. Because that ain't a mom anymore when I saw how she looked at the Judge. To me that is just a childish mom. It just disappoints me that there are those kinds of moms that exist in this world like Im 24 and my mom has taught me well enough to understand what respect is about and what it means to be professional when stepping outside of the house ya know.
I am seeing this show for the very first time and l really admire how compassionate, this judge is about her job. Such inspiring and empowering woman she is. God bless her.
"He might think he gay or whatever." Yeah, but you assaulted him and the audience laughed at him. This is why a lot of people don't open up about their SA experiences. It's just not fair, if they're gay, they're gay. No one should ever overstep boundaries.
Yo look me dead in the face and tell me that the audience would still be laughing and cheerful if the man had said "she thought she was lesbian but she hadn't met me yet..."
I actually think that could happen. Homophobia against lesbians is pretty bad and there would be men in the audience who would laugh because they think lesbians are just confused women who haven't met the right guy yet
I respect her, because she isn't fickle in her decisions, is honest and tries to impart wisdom. That's a leader! A boss is just someone who wants to give orders, make others feel low so the boss can feel better about their lives. And guess what? I don't respect a boss.
@@jacockistitsworth9392 A FINE BLACK WOMAN but no not in my court room I would want my wife to be the bailiff and be like (I’m not yah love she’s my love)
@Apple Pencil Well, Black women were discriminated against heavily and pointing out that she’s a successful, achieving black woman is empowering. It’s also a way of describing people so who knows.

@@dylanlove3927 I don't think 50% of the world population thinks they're the opposite gender. But yes, there are only 2 biological genders. I think trans people identify as a different emotional/mental gender.
Kaiya M you say to not comment if you don’t know what you’re talking about. Ironic. Biology decides your gender. That’s that. Woman feeling like a man? That’s exactly what you are. Man feeling like a woman? That’s what you are.
@@dylanlove3927 I love how you commented something completely irrelevant to OP's comment. @Lindsey Bourbeau That is actually sex, not gender btw. They are "male", "female", and "intersex" (when a child is born with a mixture of both.)
I love Judge Lake. I have to say that you made some absolutely points to the parents on how they're supposed to encourage their children to raise their children as well. God bless you
I feel so sorry for the gay guy. His so called "friend" totally disrespected him, ignored his boundaries and then tried to drag him into her personal drama. He really needs better friends.
@@Banana-mq9wy yeah True. Also you could clearly see that she didn't really care if he was the father or not. It seemed to me that she just decided that he's her best bet since she would be able to guilt him into it.
I watched that episode and the guy was intoxicated. She gave him too much drinks that's why he didn't push her away. She did assault him and she seems proud about it. I'm so mad 😤
@@Panda72021 that could be considered rape, if he was intoxicated. She knew his sexual orientation and still took advantage of him being drunk. And then talks like it was planned and jokes about it too.

Lmaooo every single time I hear someone say something along the lines of "u might think ur gay but u havent seen what I can do shawty," I feel the existential urge to tear black holes in space and time. Fucking gross and ignorant behavior.
Busto No, people would say that it’s creepy for both parties. If I told my girl best friend that she may think she’s straight, but she hasn’t met me, she would probably drop my ass really fucking quickly. I’m gay. “He may think he’s gay but he hasn’t met me” “he didn’t push me away!” I don’t know if I’m more disgusted at her for thinking like that, or for the audience laughing like that wasn’t a disgusting and predatory thing to say.
@@bigdumby6915 Literally what she said was disgusting yes but he didn't deny anything when she said "then after he ask for my number." If he felt like everything was her fault he definitely would've spoken up and said it but he knows some of the blame is on him for not being honest with her about his sexuality. Her denying it even after he told her is gross but it's a very old stigma that "if a guy turns gay after he breaks up with you..." it's like you're a failure as a woman or something so I can see why she denied it to try to keep her already fragile and rotting Ego intact.
