I feel like I need to try a mascara primer. I'm always saying on my channel I have the worst watery eyes and I really struggle to find mascara's that don't end up down my face.
I have dry eye and my eyes water pretty frequently and I find that mascara primer does really help with that! Also, the Rare Beauty mascara is one of the only mascaras that doesn’t flake or smudge on me, no matter how long the tube has been open 🤗 If you do try a mascara primer, I’d start with this one since it is drugstore and cheaper than most of the other ones on the market.
