Great video mate. Is the harrods pour homme animalic? Reviews are very mixed. Some say it smelks like oceania others say its animalic. I've even seen someone day it smells like hair dye! Lol
Loving the videos man, got yourself a new subscriber!:) huge fan of Roja Dove and must say this even beats out Xerjoff for me personally. I'm in my early 30's but a good few orientals and fougeres from the line seem more modern / youthful than some Xerjoff's that fall in the same category. I think it's the powderiness in a lot of Xerjoff's i'm not a fan of however Roja seems to nail down that velvety / smooth feel to a T which I really enjoy. Either way fantastic videos bud!

@@scentmemories1047 Genuinely a pleasure mate and thank you so much for your swift reply!:) Yeah it's amazing how he manages it with so many of his creations isn't it, my wife really can't get enough of me wearing vetiver pour homme parfum and judging by your 1819 burlington video I'm sure she will absolutely love that 1 as well!:) Oh nice, PDLN 3 is very much on my to try list so hopefully can get my hands on a sample soon ( very hard to get samples on so many Roja's here in the UK outside of the regular Enigma, Danger, Oligarch etc ). Yeah Xerjoff is amazing and is definitely my number 2 house without doubt, the ones I do like from Xerjoff are truly phenomenal I must admit. Totally understandable bud and great to hear you have more vids on the way :) I hope that you stay healthy and safe in the meen time! Personally I have way too much free time on my hands these days as I work in the nightlife industry so completely living on my savings since March, not nice but should be manageable until mid 2021. Until then i'll certainly be enjoying the content! EDIT: I didn't realise the 7.5ml versions of nearly all Roja Dove's were on their site, feel kinda stupid now lol but will definitely be adding a ton more samples soon!

Thanks man, yeah its definitely not been good being stuck at home for so long but thankfully the savings got me covered, just before the pandemic hit I was working with a lot of venues in Asia, both performing and music directing, which was great as things were really on the up so it sucks it all came crashing to a halt. I completely agree with you brother, hell of a fragrance!! Would you say burlington shares similarities with Danger or Oligarch? Oligarch in particular has been getting lots of love from the Mrs lately so something in the same vein as this would be amazing ( dare I say probably the best fragrance i've ever smelt!! ). S HQ I think the pandemic hit us all pretty hard in someway! So Burlington is not really similar to oligarch or danger I would say it’s probably more in the same vein as Elysium with hints of oligarch. I would recommend Burlington, danger, oligarch or Madison pour homme because they’re all phenomenal fragrances. If I had to pick one for you for the colder weather it would be danger but if you don’t own a bottle of oligarch I would get that

I would pay retail price of ROJA perfumes; bottles are stunning and keeper, quality is phenomenal..I fell in love Sweetie Aoud first sniffed. If I could only have 3 it would be Creation-E Parfum , Sweetie Aoud and Goodnight KISS. One of these days 🙏 ..second stimulus watch out hahahaha just kidding. I’ll save for my Christmas gifts. Madison is nice. I have a sample Of it. Might be my next full bottle. I used my Harrods sample, goodmans sample almost gone. I have full bottle of oligarch. I wanna try black tier.
I have to disagree with you on Madison. I have it, test it a lot but unfortunately it’s not lasting like you said up to 10 hours. In my opinion after 3 hour mark it becomes a skin scent and then, maybe after one more hour, i barely smell a hint of it. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
did the bottles get a design change ? I just bought a bottle of Burlington (batch 2022) and it doesn't have the gold writing (ROJADOVEPARFUMS) on the side anymore 🤔

Dave, I love Roja Scandal, Roja Danger and Tom Ford Italian Cypress. Should Roja Parfums Harrods Parfum Pour Homme be my next purchase? I think Burlington 1819 was released after you made this video. Does that fragrance make the cut for your favorite Roja exclusives?

If you love the above three fougeres, my recommendation is to go for Harrods Parfum pour homme as it’s a very, very well made fougere. 1819 is more of a “freshie” that has oriental aspects to it. I’d say 1819 would make the cut for my favorite Roja exclusives for sure
Recently got into his fragrances I have Diaghilev, Creation E (both versions) Reckless, Fetish , Scandal PC , Elysium PC and waiting on "O" in the mail. Might go for A Midsummer Dream or Oligarch next
@@vincenthusvh I prefer Reckless. Fetish is nice but super cloying in my opinion. Reckless, when used sparingly, is a perfect gentleman scent. It's my go to special occasion scent

One more: both? LOL. I make and investigation and some folks thinks that both are very very similar. 50% inclines to Harrods 50% to Oceania. But, I need to know if you think that both are close similar. Thanks
Juano t Oceania and Harrods Parfum pour homme are very similar in the opening both are very bright and effervescent but they become quite different, at least to my nose from there. Oceania remains very fresh, lively and almost aquatic from the lavender and citrus bouquet of grapefruit, lemon, orange paired with litsea cubeba, lovely aromatics from rosemary and thyme with hints of florals from the violet and jasmine but where this takes a turn is the benzoin and vanilla with the sandalwood. The galbanum and moss create a deeper, darker base that makes this unique. Harrods starts out very bright with lemon, lime, orange and geranium with neroli. It is anchored with an earthy green patchouli, a beautiful well rounded oakmoss which is married with a suede like cashmere wood paired with a lovely aromatic juniper. They’re quite different in the dry down but worthy of both in any collection
Would it be redundant to own both Scandal PH and Harrods PH? Second, some people have stated that Harrods PH is a more fresh version of Diaghilev. What's your take on this?
Not at all, both are amazing and some of my absolute favorite fougeres ever. Harrods PH a fresh version of Diaghilev??? What the hell are people smoking these days. Not at all. Have you smelled Oceania? It’s basically a more fougere take on that
Blazy Eye a lot of Rojas are very expensive but keep in mind the amount of natural and raw materials used. They’re not clone house fragrances which uses almost all if not all synthetic notes. The raw materials he uses are extremely expensive. Hmm it’s possible I haven’t heard if they are discontinuing it or not
Juano t both are incredible. Depends on what you’re looking for. An aromatic fougere with a very bright citrus opening or a summer freshie with excellent longevity that also has complexity and depth?
Why do you say he is a master perfumer? everybody knows he works only as a creative director and image for the house, other perfumers are doing the scents.
