Great video and channel You (and Robert) have. After a little experience with the Baitcaster You will never change back again. I fish 50+ years with baitcaster. My setup ist Shimano Metanium mgl 20 for my "bobleflåd" . My setup for spinning route is Abu sölv with my fantastic Shimano Calcutta Conquest 151 DC mgl hg. The digital control ist amazing - you throw a 4-8gram without overrun against 10m/sek Wind - I also use J-braid or Kairiki but 0.18mm - perhaps I should try thinner braid?

Might have to try and use a baitcaster on the coast as well. Also is the ölands wobbler a new lure from OGP ?

Baitcaster...what line?

What size is your baitcasting reel ?

That's some great fishing! Late April or early May and what was the water temperature? I wish it was April again all over! I also shift between a spinning and a baitcast set up. I do prefer the latter even though the former might offer slightly better distance, at least a tad more ease while casting, what's your experience on that? I have a Exsence DC 2012 model and it's great even in good head winds. Maybe I should put it up against my Zillion 1000, both are very good reels. Tight Lines!
