I got really into X-Files this year and I was looking for that long, to the floor, dark trench coat and then I finally found one at the Brimfield Antique Flea Market (similar to the Rose Bowl) and it was Burberry!!!! I adore it so much.

🎉 Congrats! 🎉 Major score🎯! In 2020 was thrilled to be gifted 🎁 a vintage dark gray double breasted suede Oleg Cassini trench (that hits mid calf) & a gently used black Burberry duster length trench. 😉In serious love💕 with BOTH coats. Although in all honesty, they might NOT get much wear here in 😎LA. 🤫Even with the zippered linings removed, both beautiful coats are rather too toasty🔥 for our desert climate 🏜 in the Valley. Kept my mom's sexy long black leather blazer style coat too. 🤔Decided this trio were all well worth the extra closet real estate space. Unlike dear Alexa🌞, I try to stay away from leather goods, themed cardigans, & knits. They just don't get much wear in my closet. (😬Only own 1 purple jumper, 1 black cardigan, & a couple sweater vests.) 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)

This year was also my best year of thrifting. I found multiple 70s dresses and slips, a bunch of eclectic 90s tops and so much more. I have been thrifting by myself since 8th grade so 10+ years and this year i definitely hit the jackpot in B.C. 🇨🇦 😮

I owned those yellow plaid pants in high school (2016-2018) and wore them to death before my style changed. Now they’re my style again and I am devastated I got rid of them 😭😭😭

😊Yep, 💯% agree. ❤Love a touch of nostalgia & whimsy in decor🍄. Am a sucker for faux food too🎂. Charming 🌈cookie jars & artsy porcelain canisters are NOT just for the kitchen🍽. 💗Love the idea of repupossing ♻️ them to stow hair accessories, ribbons🎀, or other items like knit beanies/berets/mittens/etc. Maybe even hold mini-muffins or rolls on a table. Hot cocoa packets or Kcups at a beverage center. 🤔Besides, most of these vessels are NOT exactly airtight or great for 🍪cookies &/or dry good storage anyway😔. They would be 🆒️ for OTHER household uses. Have a goose cookie jar as well as a pair of 🍋lemon lidded canisters that deserve to be used & out on display. They would maybe work in a craft, ofc, or sewing nook too. 📦Thinking out of the box is always wise🦉. 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)

😊Fabulous fashion 2023 recap... 🎉 Bought a light lilac 💜 skort & coordinating puffer vest from Kohls this year @ 70% off. I've NEVER been one for flirty mini-skirts😳, but I am loving🤍 this ultra feminine athletic skort. The slightly shimmery light moisture wicking fabric drapes beautifully & it can easily be dressed up or down depending upon my mood. 🎾The flirty skort definitely doesn't strike me strictly as sports attire⛳️. 😉Like you, I'm certainly going to keep my 👀eyes out for more skorts in the future too. 🥰Definitely mad for your plaid & gingham purchases. ❤The red blazer & boots suit you too👍, but I don't know how you manage so much leather & sweaters living in LA😎. I don't even like wearing jeans👖 any more. Although when temps drop to the🌡50s, it's a perfect time for me to air out my regular blazers〰️but overall I still have a tendency to run 🥵hot. 🥂Cheers to you in 2024🍾! How cute is your outro though?! That red leather jacket, yellow plaid pants, and the skort are my favorites you shared in this video. My favorite thrift find of 2023 is a pale blue gingham jumpsuit that I online thrifted from Vinted. I haven't even worn it yet because it's too cold here to do so. Oh and also this gorgeous sundress that's got the palest yellow subtle gingham and yellow flowers on it. All my thrifting this year was online and I love that online thrifting exists.

Ohmygosh YAY, there they are❣️🙂 Our twin Eeyore overalls! Mine were thrifted too a few years ago, and they made their first debut in December 2019 when I wore them several times during our visit to Minneapolis in the Mall Of America! They’re SO cute and fun and comfy and they are ALWAYS compliment-getters, as I’m sure yours have been too!!! I was downright obligated to wear them at Disneyland when we visited there this past September too!

Another 😎LA native who loves Disney themed items〰️esp. 🧢caps, tees, housewares, dishes, & collectibles. In the 10yrs I worked for 2 different divisions, I went mad buying clearance & close-out merch on my 35% discount😵‍💫. Plus, I scored a lot of free stuff. It's all survived the decades. More Halloween cardigans, sweaters, and vests!! Yaaaas! Haha. I wear my Halloween clothing all year long tbh! It's my favorite holiday! Sure, I get some weird looks, but October isn't long enough, and it's usually not cold enough to wear my Halloween sweaters, cardigans, long sleeve tops etc. I LOVE that patched plaid skirt you got! It's so you!!! Also your Halloween cardigan is probably my next favorite item you got! I can't even decide what my favorite thrifted item of 2023 is. Maybe either my red plaid trousers or Halloween cardigan I purchased on Depop. Thrifted gems are the best! 💛 Can't wait to see what you find this year!

I love the idea of using the cake to hold your accessories! I have two really cool cookie jars sitting empty in my kitchen that I will take to my office to store my ribbons and things. Thanks! It’s hard to say what my fav thrifted item is, cause I love so many of them! But I will say that on December 31st I thrifted my first just in time USA mesh top in the dreamiest blues and lilacs.

I think those honestly! I have some metallic green ones as well, but I’d still say I prefer a round like if those red cowboy boots were round toe I’d probably love them even more!
