I live in Florida so I could get away with layering it in winter and be fine but if you live anywhere that gets cold I’d recommend something else..it’s better in warmer climates

Welcome 🙏🏾 I’m 6ft and about 185lbs..if you wanted a more tailored fit the Large would work fine I think, I wanted this to be slightly relaxed so I kept XL and I had a tailor alter sleeve and body length just a touch.. I could measure pit to pit and shoulders if that would help with sizing just lmk 👍🏾

I wanted a looser fit so I sized up to XL but the Large fit good as well.. I’m 6ft and 190lbs if that helps

Size M is listed as waist size 30-33 so I’d go with that

Green material is like a stretch nylon and the dark grey is similar to a light wool pair of trousers..neither wrinkle easy like linen but I wouldn’t consider either “wrinkle resistant” if that makes sense..I’m a fan of unity materials in general because they’re lightweight and breathable
