Unfortunately CHANEL don’t give the respect and much of attention to No19 as many newer perfumes get. For me this fragrance in every variation represent the ending area of the originale couturier

I have the EDT, EDP, pure perfume vintage and current. Here's the catch : I prefer the newer extrait. Something just resonates with me in it. I still wear the vintage one (and I do prefer vintage of Coco and Chanel no. 5) just love the new one more.

The new Parfum has a lightness to it that the vintage does not have but that, in part, has to to do with the fact that 20 or so year old N°19 parfums do get heavy. Also the ingredients and sourcing have changed a bit. But a fresh batch of N°19 is less moldy than a vintage batch which makes it more airy. xoxo

I love 19 💗 I managed to get the deodorant at galleries Lafayette this Feb - I wish I’d have bought a few more of them now as I think they may be discontinued- hope you are well Dacob 😘

EDT was Coco's fav but she also didn't live to smell the other versions

Of course she did. She smelled the parfum too. The EDP was released in the 90's so that one was the only concentration she could not have smelled and "N°19 poudrè" is not another concentration of N°19 but a flanker...

She first smelled the parfum as that was the first one made. I do not think she had a preference in that regard though.
